RGE RD began in 2013, inspired by community farm dinners throughout Central Alberta. Led by Chef Blair Lebsack and Caitlin Fulton, the kitchen focuses on wood-fire cookery and whole animal butchery. This team uses traditional techniques to celebrate prairie flavors while honoring local farms through sustainable practices and a commitment to quality.
